Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Hunan Studio you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the studio.

2. Independence and non-affiliation

Hunan Studio is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or the official website of Tencent, Hunyuan, or any of their subsidiaries. All product names and model names referenced belong to their respective owners.

3. The service

The studio provides AI-assisted generation of video and image content from text prompts and uploaded images. Generations are produced by third-party machine learning models. Output is probabilistic: results vary between runs and may not match your prompt exactly, and you should review anything before publishing it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the studio to produce content that is unlawful, that infringes intellectual property rights, that depicts real people without consent, that is sexually exploitative, that promotes hatred or violence, or that is deceptive in a way that could cause harm. You also agree not to attempt to disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or circumvent any rate limits.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts and images you submit and of the outputs generated from them. You grant the studio only the limited rights needed to transmit your content to the generation model and return the result to you. You are responsible for having the right to submit anything you upload, and for how you use the output.

6. Availability

The studio is provided as-is and without warranty of availability or uninterrupted operation. Video rendering is asynchronous and can take several minutes. Generation limits, model availability and upstream capacity may change without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the studio, including loss of data, lost profits, or the suitability of any generated output for a particular purpose.

8. Changes

These terms may be revised as the studio evolves. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
